Reliability engineered, not wished for.

Google SRE aligned reliability programmes — SLOs, error budgets, incident response and postmortems.

Reliability is a feature that needs engineering, not just monitoring. We embed senior SREs alongside your product teams to define SLIs and SLOs, run error budget conversations, harden incident response and turn every incident into permanent learning through blameless postmortems.

What's in scope.

SLIs, SLOs & error budgets

Customer-journey oriented SLOs with error budgets used to arbitrate feature velocity vs. reliability work.

Observability

OpenTelemetry-based metrics, logs and traces with dashboards mapped to SLOs — not just infrastructure widgets.

Incident management

On-call rotations, severity taxonomy, comms playbooks and integrated ChatOps with PagerDuty / Opsgenie.

Blameless postmortems

Structured RCAs feeding a permanent action-item backlog with owners and due dates.

Error budgets change the conversation.

Instead of arguing about whether the system is reliable enough, teams look at the error budget: burn fast, invest in reliability; run cool, ship features. It is the single most useful SRE practice we help teams adopt.

Observability that answers questions.

Dashboards belong to the question they answer. We invest in high-cardinality, exemplar-linked telemetry so engineers can jump from a metric to a trace to a log in one click.

Common questions.

Do SLOs replace uptime targets?

Yes for the systems where they apply. SLOs are more useful because they are user-journey specific, measurable and paired with error budgets that guide prioritisation.

Should SRE be a team or a role?

Both patterns work. A central SRE team is best when the platform is complex; embedded SREs are best when domain knowledge is critical. Most enterprises use a mix.
