Migrate with unit-economics in mind.

AWS / Azure / GCP migration using the 6 Rs framework — rehost, replatform, repurchase, refactor, retain, retire.

Successful migrations begin with a portfolio view, not a lift-and-shift. We assess every workload against the AWS 6 Rs — rehost, replatform, repurchase, refactor, retain, retire — with a business case tied to TCO, resilience and modernisation intent.

/ Capabilities

What's in scope.

Portfolio assessment

Application discovery and dependency mapping; disposition per workload with cost, risk and effort estimates.

Landing zone & guardrails

Multi-account AWS Organizations / Azure Management Groups with SCPs, tagging, network and identity guardrails.

Migration factory

Wave-based execution with automated cutover runbooks, rollback plans and hypercare.

Modernisation runway

Post-migration replatform to managed databases, containers and serverless where economics justify it.

Landing zone before workload.

A well-designed landing zone (accounts, identity, network, guardrails, logging) is the single largest predictor of migration success. We stand it up before the first workload moves.

Modernise where economics justify it.

Not every workload deserves refactoring. We reserve modernisation budget for the applications where managed services or containerisation meaningfully improve TCO, resilience or team velocity.

Common questions.

Should we go single or multi-cloud?

Default to a single primary cloud for velocity; use a second cloud selectively for regulatory, resilience or best-of-breed reasons. Multi-cloud is a means, not a goal.

How long does a typical migration take?

Small estates (under 50 apps) usually complete in 6-9 months. Large enterprises run 18-36 month programmes with continuous waves rather than a single cutover.
