App Dev · Discovery & UX

Build the right thing, then build it right.

Continuous discovery, service design and UX engineering to build the right product — before you build the product right.

Most software waste is well-built solutions to the wrong problem. We run continuous discovery — customer interviews, prototypes, service blueprints — paired with production-quality UX engineering, so the biggest bets are validated before large investment.

/ Capabilities

What's in scope.

Continuous discovery

Weekly customer conversations, opportunity solution trees, and small experiments to validate assumptions.

Service design & journey mapping

End-to-end journeys across channels with clear moments of truth and pain points.

Design systems

Tokenised, code-backed design systems (Figma + React) that keep design and engineering in sync.

Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)

Accessibility built in from the start, tested with real assistive-tech users — not bolted on at audit time.

Discovery is a team sport.

Product, design and engineering all talk to customers weekly. Discovery isn't a phase before delivery — it runs in parallel forever.

Design systems as engineering assets.

Our design systems ship as versioned component libraries with tokens, tests and accessibility baked in — not as PDFs.

Common questions.

How much discovery is enough?

Enough to move an assumption from opinion to evidence. For risky bets that's weeks; for well-understood improvements it's a single interview round or an A/B test.

Do you follow WCAG 2.1 or 2.2?

We default to WCAG 2.2 AA. Where required, we align to India's Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act and sector-specific accessibility expectations.
