Tabletop exercises quarterly; full-scale DR drills at least annually. High-criticality systems (payments, core banking) rehearse more often.
Cloud-native or third-party backup?
Cloud-native backup is often sufficient for cloud workloads; third-party tools help across hybrid estates or where immutability and centralised policy matter.
